FAQ's

Yes, we require a $300 non-refundable retainer for the Classic Package. A  $400 non- refundable retainer for the Luxury Package and a $500 non refundable deposit for the Elite Package, and the remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Payment for events less than 30 days out are due in full at the time of booking.

Once you choose a date and package and we confirm availability we will email you the venue rental contract. All signatures and payments are collected electronically through the client portal.  Your event date is not reserved unless a deposit is made to hold your date.

Yes, you are allowed to use your own caterer for your event. 

We do not have a full service kitchen.

Yes, we have weekly open houses so that you can tour the space. Remember to be deposit ready when you come to receive our Open House booking special!

Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Yes. Our in-house event manager will work with you on your customization options. There are additional decor items and supplies available for rental via a la carte. 

Yes, it does. Your facility rental period includes setup and breakdown time so that you may utilize your time as you please. There is no designated setup/breakdown window as long as you do not come before your contracted start time and do not stay after your contracted end time.

Yes. You can serve alcohol to your guests. Access Granted requires an insured licensed and insured bartender  The bartender  credentials will need to be provided to Access Granted Events. Also, client is responsible for providing alcohol and ice.

Yes. There is some prohibited activity and items when renting the venue.

No smoking /Vaping

No alcohol sales (can still serve but no money exchange for drinks) 

No drinking outside the venue

No loitering 

No cooking onsite

No glitter 

No open flames 

No hookah 

No smoke or fire 

No confetti 

No crazy string spray 

No paint 

No firearms

No adhesives to the wall for hanging. This include, but is not limited to tape, nails, glue, threads for sewing, zip ties, and chains (decorator must bring their own stands or backdrops).

The incidental/damage fee is already included in your total at the time of booking. After your event, the facility will be inspected to ensure the entire space is back in its original condition and all rented items are returned. If damage is found and /or items are missing, the deposit is forfeited and will not be returned. If no damage is found nor any items are missing, it will be refunded in its entirety back to the original payment method.

There is an optional $200 cleaning fee that event host can add to their booking before their event. This will allow host and guest to leave the facility and the Access Granted Events team will take care of cleaning after your event. Day of and last-minute cleaning add-ons will be charged at a premium rate of $250. If the facility is not given back in its original condition, the $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

We do not under any circumstances issue a refund, but we do allow you to select another day if it is available. Most be the same day originally book. (Ex. If you booked a Friday then your next booking must be on a Friday). 

Please note: postponements are considered cancellations. 

We are not responsible for weather, travel, or guest/attendee circumstances, etc.

Cancellations must be made in writing or by person-to-person communication (no voicemail message).

IF FOR ANY REASON WE ARE UNABLE TO OPERATE DUE TO GOVERNMENT MANDATE (PARTICULARLY BUT NOT LIMITED TO COVID-19) POSTPONEMENT WITHIN 18 MONTHS OF THE EVENT WILL BE GRANTED AND NO CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WHATSOEVER

No, We book multiple events in one day. You are only able to access the venue during your allotted time specified on your contract. If we have no other events, then you my purchase additional hours at $150
